Still Point Yoga
Small classes, twelve people, real attention — in the heart of Galway
Small studio, real teaching
Classes for every level
Beginner and improver classes run through the week. Morning vinyasa to start your day. Restorative evenings to wind down. A monthly workshop for those ready to go deeper.
Twelve people, twelve mats
We cap every class at twelve. That means real attention: the teacher sees your alignment, can offer adjustments, and knows who you are by your second week. Mats are provided — bring only yourself.
What's on the timetable
Morning vinyasa, evening classes for beginners and improvers, and restorative sessions to ease into the week. Head to the Timetable page for exact times, days and how many spaces are left right now.
Why twelve?
With only twelve people on the mat, the teacher can actually see you. That's not a marketing line — it's how yoga teaching works. In a class of thirty, the best a teacher can do is watch the room. In a class of twelve, they can watch you.
That means real corrections. Not "everyone strengthen your legs" — your legs, your alignment, your breath. It means progression. You'll notice what changes week to week because someone's actually tracking where you are. It means you belong, not just in the room but in the class.
That's why we cap it at twelve. Full stop.
Drop in or commit
Pay as you go
Drop into any class that has space. No commitment, no questions. Turn up when you can — busier weeks, quieter weeks, it all works.
Ten-class card
For the people who know they'll be back. Use your card over three months, book ahead so you never lose your spot, and save on the per-class rate.
Either way, mats are provided. Bring yourself. That's enough.
